In plain words
Delivery times are estimates and start when we receive your deposit, your complete brief and your materials. If you're slow to reply or send material, the date moves. Each package includes a number of revision rounds; if you don't reply to a revision within 5 business days, it's considered approved. Changing direction after approving a stage is new work. After final delivery you have 15 days of support to fix our errors.
1. Delivery times
Each package states an estimated delivery time. Timing is counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
The clock starts when three conditions are met: the Studio receives the deposit, your complete brief and the materials it needs. If one is missing, the clock doesn't run.
Timing is estimated and in good faith. The Studio meets it except for client delays, requested changes or force majeure.
2. Client delays
Delays in sending feedback, materials, access or approvals move the delivery dates by the same amount of time the delay lasted, and may affect the project's place in our schedule. If the delay drags on, the abandoned-project rules in the Payments, cancellations and refunds policy apply.
3. Rush deliveries
If you need a shorter timeline than the package's, we can try subject to our availability, with a 30% surcharge on the package price. It's agreed in writing before starting.
4. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or breaches caused by events beyond its reasonable control: natural disasters, power or internet outages, general platform failures, strikes, authority decisions, health emergencies, serious illness or accident of the person providing the service. Notice will be given as soon as possible and a new date agreed.
5. Revision rounds
Each package includes a number of revision rounds, shown in its detail. A round is a set of changes you send us together, in a single message, on a version we present. Changes sent in separate messages count as one round when sent on the same day; after that, they count as separate rounds.
Errors by the Studio don't count as a revision (they're fixed at no cost). Changes of taste, text, color or order on something already presented do count.
You have 5 business days to reply to each round. If you don't reply within that time, the version is considered approved and the project moves to the next stage.
Additional rounds are quoted: by default, $300 MXN each, or whatever your package states.
6. Changes of direction and scope
Once you approve a stage (for example, a logo concept or a video script), changing it counts as new work and is quoted. The same applies to new deliverables, brief changes or materials that arrive after production has started.
Last-minute changes (less than 24 hours before a delivery or session) can move the date and carry an extra cost that we'll tell you about before applying.
7. Rescheduling sessions
You can reschedule a photo or video session at no charge if you give at least 48 hours' notice. With less notice, or if there's no access to the place or products when we arrive, a fee of 20% of the session price applies and a new date is set based on availability. If you don't show up, the session is considered held for billing purposes.
If the Studio has to reschedule for its own reasons or because of weather on outdoor sessions, it costs you nothing.
8. How the work is delivered
We deliver the final files organized, in the formats each package indicates, through a cloud storage link. We keep a copy during the follow-up support period. After that period, it's your responsibility to keep the files you downloaded. Open source files are only delivered if agreed.
9. Warranty and follow-up support
For 15 calendar days after final delivery, we fix at no cost errors attributable to the Studio (for example, a corrupted file, a text different from the approved one or a wrong size). It doesn't cover new changes, new content or errors in text, data or dimensions you provided or approved.
10. Specifics by type of service
- Print and packaging: final art is delivered for print. The final on-screen proof you approve includes all its text and details. See the full conditions in the Terms and conditions.
- Photo and video sessions: shots are selected with you in one selection round. What isn't selected stays out of delivery, unless the full footage is hired.
- Monthly plans: pieces are approved weekly; what isn't approved in time doesn't roll over to the next month.
- Web catalog and funnels: delivered published and working, with a basic walkthrough. Later maintenance is quoted or agreed as a plan.
If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
