In plain words
This site doesn't use cookies. It has no analytics, no advertising pixels and doesn't track you. It only saves two preferences in your browser using localStorage: whether you prefer the light or dark theme and whether you prefer Spanish or English. They stay on your device and aren't sent to any server. You don't need to accept anything to use the site.
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files a site saves in your browser and that are sent to the server on each visit. Local storage (localStorage) is a browser space where a site saves data that doesn't travel to the server: only the site itself reads it on your device.
2. What this site saves
Exactly this, and nothing else:
- om-theme: your theme preference, "dark" or "light". It makes the site look the way you left it on your next visit.
- om-lang: your language preference, "es" or "en". It takes you to the version you chose.
Both are functional data, don't identify anyone and aren't shared with third parties. First visit: the site always shows in Spanish and dark theme, regardless of your device settings.
3. What this site doesn't do
- It doesn't use first-party or third-party cookies.
- It doesn't use analytics, audience measurement, heatmaps or session recording.
- It doesn't use advertising or social media tracking pixels.
- It doesn't load fonts, scripts or resources from external domains: everything is served from the site itself.
4. Links to other services
When you tap a WhatsApp button you'll leave the site for WhatsApp (Meta), which has its own cookies and notices. There may also be links to our social media. What happens there is governed by those services' policies. See the Privacy notice to learn how we treat what you write to us.
Our hosting provider may log technical data on each visit (such as the IP address) for server security and operation. That happens on the server, not on your device.
5. How to delete or control these preferences
You can change the theme and language whenever you like with the site's buttons. To delete what's saved, clear the site's data from your browser settings (usually under "Privacy" or "Site data"). After that, the site will show in Spanish and dark theme again. If your browser blocks local storage, the site works the same but won't remember your preferences.
6. Changes to this policy
If the site adds analytics, cookies or third-party tools in the future, we'll update this policy before activating them and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.
If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
